This document summarizes a study on customer satisfaction with Titan watches in Erode District, Tamil Nadu, India. The study used a questionnaire to survey 100 customers and analyzed factors influencing watch preferences. Key findings include: 1) Quality, design, and long life were most important factors for purchase. 2) Over 84% were aware of and influenced by Titan advertisements, especially on television. 3) While satisfaction was high, prices were seen as too high and spare parts availability could be improved. The study provides suggestions like reducing prices and improving distribution to increase sales. In conclusion, Titan's quality, designs, and marketing have been successful but addressing issues could further improve customer satisfaction.
