Armenia is a landlocked country located in the Armenian Highlands between Western Asia and Eastern Europe. It has a population of around 3 million people and its capital and largest city is Yerevan. Armenia has a long history dating back to ancient times and was the first nation to adopt Christianity as its official religion in 301 AD.
