Notify ASEC 7 days before meetings if there are matters to
be included in the agenda. If you have items you want to
distributed to all presidents, be sure to send them 7 days
before the meeting. The ACM host will still print and
produce them. Otherwise, be the one to print and
distribute during the ACM.
