The fact that Women make good Manager’s is true. But it
doesn’t mean Men are not good Manager’s. We all are born with
some weakness & strengths. And women’s have the power to
convert their weakness into their strengths.
And anyone who possess the qualities like creativity,
commitment, flexibility, versatility, confidence, etc can become
good managers. The powerful managerial skills exhibited by
women and the attitude towards learning something completely
defines them as better managers.
