The Arctic Monkeys are an English indie rock band formed in 2002 in High Green. They are signed to Domino Records and consist of 4 core members - Alex Turner, Jamie Cook, Nick O'Malley, and Matt Helders. Their debut album Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I Am sold over 360,000 copies in 2006. Their music appeals most to indie rock fans and "simple people, hippies and lovers of an old school indie rock". The band gained popularity through early performances and their popularity has continued to increase globally through internet media and social networks.

made in 2011. For now there is no count for
the CD receivers…yet ;).

Few performances and rehearsals inspired them
to play their first concert in 2003, after that
gig they music became very popular so that
everyone appreciated it. The popularity began
to increase in vast amounts so that :Arctic
Monkeys” became popular and started to
spread their CD’s around the England. You can

download their tunes ;).

Eventually Arctic Monkeys signed The Domino
records, and for now they are getting more
and more popular.
