Pregnancy is considered to be a wonderful experience as the mother witness the creation and growth of a new life inside them. In ayurveda practice, the use of rasaoshadhi plus kashtaushadhi has been into practice till date. Once such herbo-mineral formulation is known as garbha chintamani rasa which is used in minor ailments like pyrexia and burning sensation during pregnancy. In this PPT, we will study the rationality and applications behind these ingredients.
Pregnancy is considered to be an important phase in woman’s life. During the nine months journey, the pregnant lady goes through certain mild illnesses such as nausea and vomiting in the first trimester. Other garbhopdrava’s such as fever, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, constipation and miscarriage can occur during pregnancy. Ayurveda has given prime importance to antenatal care as women gives birth to a new life. Antenatal care helps to assess and improve the wellbeing of the mother and the baby throughout the pregnancy. It helps to reduce the risks and other complications that arise during pregnancy. In ayurveda, the care of the pregnant lady and the new born baby has been well explained in Samhita’s. Also, ayurveda has mentioned certain formulations which can reduce the symptoms that occur during the phase of pregnancy. One such formulation is garbhapal rasa which is mentioned in rasatantrasara siddhaprayoga sangraha which counteracts the minor ailments during pregnancy and prevents miscarriage and ensures better nourishment to the fetus. In this study, we will review on the application of garbhapal rasa in pregnancy.

AYURVEDA FOR PREVENTION OF LIFE STYLE DISORDERS W.S.R. TO MADHUMEHA (DIABETES...Dr Madhumita Panigrahi
Life style disorders are diseases which are associated mainly with the way a person or group of people lives. The present day living conditions pose a diverse situation where on one hand the average life expectancy has increased whereas on the other; the state of health is facing a new question every day in the form of either a new type of disease or some unknown problem endangering the human life .With this lot of lifestyle diseases are coming up and diabetes mellitus is one of them. It is estimated that the total number of people with diabetes will rise from 171 million in 2000 to 366 million by 2030. DM is now a world threat and the perspective to visualize its management has shifted from holistic to drug oriented with the advent of time from ancient to modern. Therefore, till few years before the revival of the holistic inclusion, the lifestyle and diet were not being much focused upon its management. Ayurveda has great potential in preventing life style disorders. According to Ayurveda a healthy person is one who remains established in self along with equilibrium of Tridosha (three functional units in body i.e. Vata,Pitta,Kapha ).Dietetic factors, lifestyle as well as environmental factors affect the Tridosha. Disease is the result of disturbance in homeostasis of Tridosha. This study will deal in length about the role of Ayurveda at different levels i.e. primordial, primary, secondary and tertiary levels of prevention of lifestyle disorders with special reference to Madhumeha (DM).
Asrigdara in Ayurved w.s.r. to Menorrhagia A Review Literatureijtsrd
Ayurveda the ancient Indian medical system, is based on ancient writings that rely on a ”œnatural” and holistic approach to physical and mental health. Ayurvedic medicine is one of the worlds oldest medical systems and remains one of Indias traditional health care systems. Any abnormality in Rituchakra menstrual rhythm leads excessive and irregular uterine bleeding which is known as Asrigdara in classical text. The intricate relationship between hypothalamus, pituitary, ovary and endometrial on one hand and the effect of psychology on hypothalamus vis a vis on pituitary and ovaries on the other, makes it difficult to pin point exact abnormality or the cause of the disease. These cases are then labeled as cases of DUB or Asrigdara. Various reports suggest that 30 to 50 of women in the reproductive age group suffer from excessive and prolongete uterine bleeding by various causative factors. Literature Review on Garbhini Chardi Emesis Gravidumijtsrd
The ultimate goal of a womans life is motherhood, which she can only achieve after completing the physiological test of pregnancy. Motherhood is a priceless jewel of life. Pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness, vomiting, water brash, etc. Are considered to be the happiest moment in a womans life and for her family as a whole in our culture. Emesis occurs in 70 to 80 percent of pregnant women throughout the first trimester of their pregnancies. Garbhini chardi is a common sign in obstetric practice. The patient experiences sporadic nausea and illness when they awaken in the morning. But it could occur at various times during the day. In the first trimester of pregnancy, physiological changes result in vomiting and nausea. Garbhini chardi is the name given to Vyakta Garbha.Immunological, endocrinological and psychological changes lead to the emergence of symptoms. Mild to moderate emesis has a substantial impact on the quality of life for pregnant women.According to acharya sushruta and madhavnidankara, chardi occurs when toxins stream out of the lips in powerful impulses, cover the face, and cause the body to experience tearing misery. The impulsion of doshas made worse by the eating of inappropriate food forces upwards when udanavayu and vyanvayu combine. Early in a pregnancy, nausea and vomiting are extremely frequent. If vomiting is not appropriately addressed, it can result in serious dehydration, fatigue, weight loss, and other problems. As a result, its imperative to treat this problem right once and take protective measures against any unfavorable impacts. Consequently, a choice is made on the topic. Dr. Monika | Dr. Shobha B. A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

creation and growth of a new life inside them. During this nine months journey, the
pregnant lady goes through certain illnesses such as pyrexia, burning sensation
during pregnancy, loss of appetite, vomiting etc. Hence it is necessary to treat these
