Mixed vegetables relish with cheddar cheese
Ingredients needed:
Raw Vegetables Dips
1 pc. Celery 94 g Cream Cheese 1 pc. Red bell pepper 38 ml
evaporated milk
1 pc. Cucumber 44 g mayonnaise 1 pc. Cherry tomato 7.5 ml lemon
juice
1 pc. Lettuce 75 g onions 0.5 ml hot red pepper sauce
0.5 ml Worcestershire sauce 75 g cheddar cheese
Steps/Procedure:
• After 3 minutes, drain well.
• After washing, cut vegetables into sticks or decorative bite size shapes.
• Arrange drained vegetables in a platter with crushed ice to maintain
crispness.
• First Wash vegetables well.

Steps/Procedure:
• First Wash vegetables well.
• After washing, cut vegetables into sticks or decorative bite size
shapes.
• Hold cut vegetables for about 3 minutes in ice water to become crisp.
• After 3 minutes, drain well.
• Arrange drained vegetables in a platter with crushed ice to maintain
crispness.
• Finally serve with cheddar cheese dip.

In a ¼ sheet of paper, Arrange the
following procedures for cooking
appetizer chronologically. Write A for
first step and so on until E as the last
step.
Vegetable Lumpia
1. After wrapping desired numbers of lumpia, prepare
the cooking pan by heating the oil.
2. First prepare all the ingredients and the lumpia
wrapper.
3. Fry the vegetable lumpia until golden brown. Serve
and enjoy!
4. Spread the lumpia wrapper on a flat surface and
place a spoonful amount of sautéed vegetable mixture
and wrap.
5. Sauté vegetables in a pan and set aside.
