workouts in just one touch of a finger.
The workouts include simple illustrating videos
with a guide voice.
So whether you want to build strength, do
cardio, simply check your BMI Or even just
want to share pictures, Videos or progress
related to keeping fit and working out then
achieve is an perfect free app for you.
Including Extra’s for just under £2 available on
IPhone and Android.
In the menu, you can edit the
workouts to your own needs and
adjust the time limit.
You can also view your profile if
signed in online, When you
complete workouts in online
mode it will fill up the band
around your profile picture
Once filled you will gain an Point,
With a certain amount of points
you can choose an add-on rather
than paying
for one.
The menu also allows you to
Share updates on; Facebook, Google+, Twitter or even
Pinterest so none of your Achievements will go Unnoticed
also in the menu, you can Rate our app and do an feed
back and see the app information.
In the Routine menu, It allows you to adjust
your alarms in an modern, clear way.
When you first start the app, The
app will automatically pop up with

an Reminder at that time, On that
day. It will do this after each type of
Workout for the first week. You
can disable this or deny/change
the Alarm whenever you want.

In the cardio section you will be set with four different
difficulties.
10 Exercises, 30 Seconds each. No equipment
needed; only bodyweight exercises are used.

twists, 10 slide bridges, 10 body saw moves, 20 elbow
plank arm reaches, 10 push up lunge)
Sweaty Body;
Is basically an ‘head to toe’ strength workout including
shoulders, back, bicep's, Triceps, Chest, Abs, Butt,
legs.
No Nonsense;
Is also known as the ‘100 workout’ including 100
jumping jacks, 90 crunches, 80squats etc.
In the extra’s it will allow you to buy plus on’s for
the app including extra’s such as being able to
download the exercise videos offline. Or even
download add on’s to help make your workouts
more easier for example Downloading BMI
checker will help you calculate your healthy
weight. You could also download Pedometer to
keep track of how many steps or how long you
are running for. There are also some apps such
as Horoscopes and a personal soundtrack which
allows you to play your own songs while using
achieve rather than just using the default songs
that achieve already has.
The most add on will be Fitforfriends which is basically
an social app allowing you to sign up online and share
pictures, videos or your progress with your friends who
will be able to like, comment or even share with your
permission. This add on will cost £1.30 but once bought
you will be able to share and update your online profile
whenever you want to. To help privacy this add on
setting’s is easily customisable and allows you to put
your account or post on private, blocking and even
deleting unwanted comments on your photos etc.
