2. On 20th of july 1969 was the first
time that the man go to the moon.
The american program called
Apolo managed to carry the first
humans to the moon. The
astronauts Neil Armstrong
(commander) and Edwin F. Aldrin
(pilot) became the first two
humans to land to the moon.

3. What happened?
All started the 25th of may 1961, when the United States
president John F. Kennedy advertisement his plan about
send astronauts to the moon before the decade ends.
On 16th of july 1969, the spacecraft took off from the
Kennedy Space Center in florida, with Neil Armstrong,
Edwin Aldrin and Michael Collins. At 9:32am, the
spacecraft be in florida´s sky and 12 minutes later starts to
be in orbit.
After four days of trip, the module “the Eagle” entered in
moon´s orbit and then landed in the moon Surface. Neil
Armstrong became in the first person who walked in the
moon and then, he told his famous sentence, “That is one
small step for man but one giant leap for mankind”.
The two astronauts researched the area, collected rock
samples, did experiments and rised the American flag. The
crew come back to earth after 21,5 hours in the moon. The
misión lasted a little more tan 195 hours.

 Everything was a setup by the United States to win the space
race that the sovietic union was winning
 Why the American flag moves if there isn´t wind in the space?
 In the pictures of the space landing there isn´t stars in “the
sky”
 Apollo 11 was the fifth manned mission of the program
Apollo of the United States and the first of the history in
achieving that a human being reached the moon
 Michael Collins don´t walk in the moon, for that he´s called
“the forgotten astronaut”
