The document discusses William Rutledge's claim that he was sent on a secret Apollo 20 mission to the moon in 1976. Rutledge alleges that the Apollo 20 mission discovered an alien spacecraft and the intact body of an alien, nicknamed "Mona Lisa," on the lunar surface. Videos and images uploaded by Rutledge to YouTube seem to provide evidence that could corroborate his story, including footage of an alien spacecraft on the moon, images of the alien body, and frames from Apollo 20 launch footage. However, NASA denies that any Apollo mission beyond Apollo 17 took place.

Most successful agencies utilize a business plan to drive their business activities during the year. And while 86% of high-growth agencies update their business plan every year, only 59% of average agencies do. Annual budgeting
is the lynchpin of any successful business plan and most agencies build out their budget year-after-year, but surprisingly, many do not. This issue of the MarshBerry Letter will examine the importance of incorporating an
annual budget into your business plan and the value of integrating a budget validation model.

Apollo 11 was the historic NASA mission that achieved the first manned landing on the Moon. Launched on July 16, 1969, the crew consisted of Commander Neil A. Armstrong, Lunar Module Pilot Edwin "Buzz" E. Aldrin Jr., and Command Module Pilot Michael Collins. On July 20, Armstrong and Aldrin descended to the lunar surface in the Lunar Module "Eagle" and spent 2.5 hours exploring, while Collins remained in lunar orbit in the Command Module "Columbia." Armstrong's first step onto the Moon was marked by his iconic words: "That's one small step for [a] man, one giant leap for mankind." The crew safely returned to Earth on July 24, splashing down in the Pacific Ocean. Apollo 11 stands as a testament to human ingenuity and the spirit of exploration.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
