Man, the crown of
God’s creation with
his great wisdom is
called `Homo
Sapiens’. But an ant,
a tiny insect too tiny
to be seen, is nothing
to compare it with a
man. Yet, Solomon the
great, to whom, God
gave great wisdom
and understanding
and knowledge as
vast as the sand on
the shore, tells us to
go to the ant and
learn lessons from it.

There are three kinds
of ants in a colony:
workers, queen, and
males. Each kind of
ants does different
jobs. They are so
organized that they
carry out their task
through division of
labour. Nothing is left
undone in the Ant
colony, because of the
well-organized
structure, which has
already been in put in
place.

Ants have an
unbelievable spirit of
unselfish unity. If
they find out
something eatable
immediately they
pass on the message
to others.

The ants share
everything they get.
They never eat
anything alone. They
show great interest
in sharing. How fast
they convey the
message to others
for sharing. What do
we human do?

The sense of
discipline among the
ants is really
amazing. Without lot
of mistake they
march one after
another in a line.
How pleasant is their
marching sight
without any dispute
or accident. They
move in great order.

The active nature of
the ants attracted
Solomon very much.
That made Him
rebuke the lazy man,
“you idler, go to the
ant, watch her ways
and be wise. ”

Ants always keep
themselves busy all
day long. However,
they are busy doing
something, unlike
many individuals who
are busy doing
nothing.

Whenever an
obstacle is placed in
the way of Ants, they
always find a way
round such obstacles.
Napoleon said,
“Victory belongs to
the persistent.”

Ants may be tiny in
nature, but never
underestimate their
speed.

They plan well in
advance.

Through sheer hard
working and
determination, ants
carry objects bigger
than them.

Everything an ant
does is for the
benefit of the colony
and they will work
until they are done.

Ants care for others
more than they care
for themselves.

Watching ants at work
and play is amazing
for us. The lessons
from these tiny ants
are great challenges
for modern humanity.
