True christianity and how it leads to islammuzaffertahir9
Muslims devoutly believe in Jesus, Moses and all other true prophets. Catholics, Protestants, and Muslims all claim to believe in Jesus. Why, then, are there such differences among his believers? The fact is that his teachings have been misinterpreted and misrepresented. Jesus himself did what a sincere Muslim would have done. He submitted to the will of God. He, further, prophesied the corning of Prophet Muhammad.
This short booklet offers Biblical teachings which disavow some beliefs which are wrongly attributed to Jesus Christ. It tells that there is no contradiction between Islam and true Christianity. True Christianity, in fact, leads to Islam.
The whole purpose of this booklet is to promote better understanding, closer relationship, peace, and harmony between Muslims and Christians.
Jesus said:
"Nevertheless I tell you the truth: it is expedient for you that I go away; for if I go not away, the comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment ... I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
"Howbeit when he, the spirit of truth is come, he will guide you unto all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.
"He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you". (John 16:7-15)
The first step required to defeating an enemy is by first thoroughly defining it. A physician runs tests of their patients to determine the type of pathogen ailing such patients. Similarly, we must be clear that A Muslim Terrorist is indeed a Fundamentalist and not a Radical Terrorist since the method of striking terror is explicitly and clearly defined in the Qur'an. Christianity is the only religion that needs not attack any other religion such as the Islam religion since God is the author and finisher of our faith and also commands the Christians to allow God to avenge Himself for our attacks even from Islamic Terrorist. A Christian is commanded to live at peace with all humans and when such a peaceful coexistence is not achieved then we must simply stay away from such toxic humans.
The primary test for a true religion is that "The Judeo-Christian God does not need nor require that mere mortal human beings to defend Him".
The temptation to introduce "new" things into the work of God has always been too strong for some people to resist... Today this trend has accelerated beyond recognition despite A.W. Tozer's warning. Christians should be spiritually awakened so as to discern God’s original ways from man-made false ways in every area of Christianity.

Mt 16:13, 15 When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, "Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?" He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?"
Miracle on 34th St is all about faith. Kris Kringle claims to be Santa Claus and that claim lands him in a courthouse, on trial to see whether he really is who he says he is. The question is, do you believe? In this sermon we're going to put Jesus on trial... what did he claim about himself? And, can we believe it? And if he is who he says he is, what does that mean for us?

ThreadAfter reading The Gospel Message article in the ModuleWe.docxVannaSchrader3
Thread:
After reading "The Gospel Message" article in the Module/Week 4 Reading & Study folder, answer the following questions (250–500 words). These questions are to be answered in separate paragraphs.
What are some ways the Christian gospel is perceived in our culture?
What are some specific moral reasons people may reject the Christian gospel?
What are some specific emotional reasons people may reject the Christian gospel?
What are some specific intellectual reasons people may reject the Christian gospel?
What can Christians do to address these objections and better communicate the Christian gospel?
The Gospel Message
The Apostle Paul said, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek” (Romans 1:16).
Paul should know, since his life was radically transformed when Jesus confronted him on the road to Damascus (Acts 9, 26:4–18).
Once he knew Jesus and His power, nothing held him back from telling others about the risen Christ.
He shared this gospel, the “good news,” with anyone who would listen to him, regardless of their religion or moral background.
Paul once wrote to a group of Christians telling them about this gospel.
He said:
Moreover, brothers, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.
For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).
Be assured, this same gospel that changed and motivated Paul is for you and me today.
In understanding the gospel message we find out that:
Jesus paid the price for our sins (I Peter 3:18).
Our sins can be forgiven (Ephesians 1:7).
We can have eternal life by trusting in Him (John 3:15).
The word “gospel” is mentioned over 100 times in the Bible by Jesus and His disciples.
Jesus was the source and subject of this good news.
Jesus began his ministry by sharing this central truth, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand.
Repent, and believe in the gospel” (Mark 1:15).
Jesus personally shared the gospel with those who listened to Him and today He is sharing it through the Bible and those who know and follow Him.
He wants everyone to believe this gospel.
But why is the gospel needed and how do people come to
understand clearly what it means to become a follower of Christ and believe this gospel
message?
The Problem
The problem is that all people are born sinners and sin separates them from God.
“Your [sins] have separated you from your God” (Isaiah 59:2).
The problem started in the Garden of Eden.
Adam and Eve were given clear instructions by God.
They were free to eat of any tree in the gar.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Answering Islam's thoughts of Muhammad as 'the comforter'
1. John 16:12-14
This is speaking of Mohammed
Really?
How does Jesus start out the chapter?
John 16:2, Jesus prophesies’ about a spirit of a certain religion “a time is coming when anyone who kills
you will think he is offering service to God”. What religion do you see on the news daily that is killing
Christians in the name of God?
Next verse:
They will do such things because “they have not known the Father of me.” Which religion claims that
God is not a father nor has a Son? Islam. Which religion claims God is a Father? Christianity.
Next verse:
“I tell you this so that when the time comes you will remember that I warned you…” Why does one give
a warning? So one doesn’t fall away from the faith.
John 16:13 – “but when He the Spirit of Truth...” PAUSE. Mohammed is the Spirit of Truth? Where else
does Jesus talk about this “Spirit of Truth” [Jn 14:16-17]?
But He calls this figure a Counselor as well in this context [John 16:8]. Is Mohammed the Counselor?
Where else does Jesus talk about the Counselor?
Jesus talks about the Counselor and the Spirit of Truth in John 14 as well. In fact when you talk about
someone it is important to start from the beginning of the context.
16 “And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may
abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive,
because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with
you and will be in you. “
Is Mohammed in me?
The true Counselor and Spirit of Truth is the Holy Spirit – which came to earth on
the day of Pentecost – not 600 years later in the form of Mohammed.
Next verse:
18 “I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.”
Which religion refers to God as slave / master? – orphans? Islam.
Which religion refers to God as sons / daughters? – Christianity.
2. John 16:12-14…What does the next verse say?
“All that belongs to the Father is mine” (John 16:15). Under which circumstance would One have
everything that belonged to God? If One was equal with him. Which religion claims that Jesus Christ is
equal with God? Christianity.
Jesus the tape recorder of God.
Ahmed Deetah – the lesson of God.
“The student is not above the teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like their teacher.”
Luke 6:40
Who was your teacher Dr. Naik? Ahmed Deetah ?
Have you grown up to the point of your teacher, to ask God to ‘shut the mouth of the one who lies’. At
one point in His life as a professional debater He did ask God to shut the mount of the one who lies. God
is not slow in fulfilling prayers but patient wanting all to repent. However in April of 1996 Ahmed
viciously attacked the crucifixion and resurrection. There were a few pastors that gathered together in
Australia praying that God would shut this man’s mouth – and God answered. God shut his mouth for
the last 9 years of his life.
