JOB DESCRIPTION
 Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programme and ensuring
incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the
plans and specifications.
 Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets
or exceeds the required qualities.
 Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship
in the project work.
 Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as steel
reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing.
 Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.

 Waterproofing checking underground level and in wet areas in the
building.
 Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or
Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
 Finishing work checking in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, block,
plaster, painting, tiling, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, ceiling and light
fittings.
 Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety
and Environment Management System requirements.
 Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with

 Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary

Quality Management System, QMS.
 Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including
certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance
reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered
and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for closure of Non-
conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
 Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities, thorough
knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil,
Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary
operations.
 Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and
job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist
based on specifications of the project.
 Manage the team of Site engineers in coordination with the construction
team to ensure the progress of overall work is in line with Approved
Program and take necessary action to mitigate any delay if any.
 Follow up with the PM/CM for the timely delivery of materials on site to
avoid any unforeseen delay.
 Execution of works in strict compliance with specifications.
 Supervise the quality of works as per the standards, approved Method
statements and specification.
 Review the finishing details as per the clients' requirement and execute
with good quality of works.
 Taking prompt and required action to the instructions issued from the
consultant.
