Raphael Papa immigrated to the United States from Italy at age 13 and his family, including the author's father, had many participants who fought in World War II. Although the family did not become wealthy, they instilled a strong work ethic that the author has passed on to his children. The author draws on his experiences as a former teacher, coach, prosecutor, and defense attorney to found Signature Hill Professional Consultants, a 21st century central intake referral facility that connects consumers to a network of professionals across various fields through high-tech infrastructure. The network aims to benefit both consumers through diversified help and professionals through business referrals.

Raphael Papa left his family and everything he ever knew at age 13, and came to this country
through Ellis Island from Italy. His family of 9 boys, including my father, and one girl, are noted
in the United States Congressional record for having the most participants in World War II in
harms way for many other family. Although my family was not able to leave us wealth they did
leave us a solid work ethic. I say proudly that I have passed our "8 to faint" work schedule on to
my son Christopher A Papa, Jessica M. Papa, and Annie Marie Papa.
Our WPI AL championship football game, in Pitt Stadium on Thanksgiving day in 1967 set
the stage for my BS,former teacher, coach, high school administrator, prosecuting attorney, and
current defense attorney, and founder of Signature Hill Professional Consultants. including
Signature Hill Legal Division. Our most prized family possession is our faith.
For years we have been on a search and recruiting mission for like minded professionals for
our network in a multitude of academic & geographic areas.....

I am not writing any of this to impress anyone, but rather to impress upon the reader, that
