Angel Tamayo has a mindset for innovation characterized by persistent curiosity to learn new things through research. They like to think thoroughly before acting and consider different perspectives in team settings. Through experience working in their family business from a young age, they learned how to start and grow a successful business. As an athlete, they developed teamwork, stress management, and a persevering attitude. Their goals include joining the Coast Guard after graduation and starting their own business while continuing to learn and push their limits.

4. I always try to determine the reasons for established ideas and try to think of better alternatives.

6. Skills and Experience From a very young age began working for the family business. Experienced the start and maturity of a business. Helped improve a developing business into becoming a successful one. Learned what it takes to start a business and how to allow it to grow.

7. Attitudes and Talents Been a Tennis player for 5 years. Played for my College for 2 years. I learned about teamwork and how to better manage stress and overcoming obstacles. It taught me that even if your not doing well you can come back strong if you keep trying. When large obstacles are in my way I still try my best because that way I can’t look back at it and say I didn’t try.

8. Beliefs In Reaching Goals I believe that I have something to learn from everyone. I believe that hard work and determination will pay off. I believe that even if a goal is not obtained the pursuit of it will teach one something. It is not always about the destination but the road to get to it.

9. Self-Taught Skills I taught myself how to build a computer from scratch. I taught myself how to do advanced car troubleshooting. I learned how to turn a windows based Pc into a Macintosh computer. Advanced Video editing. Currently Learning Guitar and how to speak Portuguese and planning on learning other software such as adobe illustrator and Photoshop.

10. Future Goals and Development Joining U.S. Coast Guard after graduation Plans of majoring in Physical therapy or alternatively obtaining an MBA. Do plan on starting my own business after graduation. Pushing my limits and always learning more are some of my main goals.

11. Conclusion I believe I have most of the foundational characteristics of an Innovator . I look forward to creating new things that are meaningful and hopefully make the world a better place. Thanks you for looking at my Power Point presentation.
