ANANDA DETOX
The Ananda Detox programme has been carefully designed not only to Detox
the body but also the mind. This personalized program includes stimulating
and purifying dosha specific ayurvedic therapies, yoga, meditation and
Dosha-Specific Ayurvedic diet to help to detox, reduce stress and improve
health. The healing process involves herbal medication, massage, periodic
liberation of toxins through two Sneha Vastis (enemas with medicated oils).
The detox diet would include 2 salt free, non spicy diet days to enable the body
to remove water retention. A cleansing diet, with light fruit, vegetable and juice
inclusions will help clean the body of toxins. After a few days digestion will
feel lighter, with an increase of energy levels and improved mental attention.

ANANDA YOGIC DETOX
Ananda’s new Yogic Detox package uses the different Hatha yogic cleansing
techniques (Shatkriya) to detox in a natural and effective way. Shatkriyas like
Ayurveda are also used to balance the three doshas in the body. In Yogic
detoxification, aspects of asana (Hatha yogic postures), pranayama (yogic
breathing techniques), meditation and Yogic/Ayurvedic diet are incorporated
along with Shatkriya to give profound experiences of vitalization and harmony.
The intensity of the package increases with the duration of stay of the guest.
The Yogic Detox package is not suitable for those with High blood pressure,
hernia, peptic ulcer, recent heart surgeries and pregnancy.

A. General Terms &
Conditions
• All rates are exclusive of taxes and
applicable Government Taxes will be
charged extra • In order to preserve
the tranquility of the Destination Spa,
Children below the age of 14 years
are not permitted at Ananda -in the
Himalayas. • Use of the spa facilities
like Sauna, Steam and the spa
therapies are available to guests who
are of the age of 18 years and above.
However, those under 18 years can
take part in other scheduled activities
like yoga, meditation, treks and use
of the swimming pool.
B. Confirmation Policy
Room Rates and Ananda Getaways
• All confirmations are subject to a
100% advance deposit received by us
by way of a credit card authorization/
wire transfer. • The advance must
be received within 3 working days
of making the reservation or else
the reservation will be released
automatically without any prior notice.
• Confirmation Voucher is subject to
the advance deposit being realized.
Ananda Wellness Experiences
• All confirmations are subject to a
1-night advance deposit received
by us by way of a credit card
authorization/ wire transfer within
3 working days of making the
reservation or else the reservation
will be released automatically without
any prior notice • The balance amount
totaling up to a full 100% advance
deposit must be received 21-days
prior to arrival, failing which the hotel
reserves the right to release the
reservation without any prior notice.
• Confirmation Voucher is subject to
the advance deposits being realized.
C. Cancellation Policy
Room Rates and Ananda Getaways
• All cancellations must be received
in writing and sent to: reservation@
anandaspa.com. • No cancellation
fee will be applicable should the
cancellation be received in writing
time until 15 days prior to arrival. The
deposit can either be refunded after
adjusting for the transaction fees,
if any, or can be adjusted against a
subsequent stay of the same or another
guest. • Cancellations received any
time until 72 hours prior to arrival will
attract a 50% cancellation fee. The
balance can either be refunded after
deducting the transaction fees, if any,
or can be adjusted against a future
stay by the same or another guest.
• Cancellations received less than
72 hours prior to arrival will attract a
100% cancellation fee.
Ananda Wellness Experiences
• All cancellations must be received
in writing and sent to: reservation@
anandaspa.com. • No cancellation
fee will be applicable should the
cancellation be received any time until
21 days prior to arrival. The 1-night
deposit can either be refunded after
adjusting for the transaction fees,
if any, or can be adjusted against
a subsequent stay of the same
or another guest. • Cancellations
received any time until 7 days prior to
arrival will attract a 25% cancellation
fee. The deposit will be adjusted
against a future stay and the advance
will not be refunded. • Cancellations
received less than 7 days will attract
a 50% cancellation fee. The deposit
will be adjusted against a future stay
and the advance will not be refunded
