 Holds the credit of developing software for monitoring local purchases that aided monitoring (approx. INR 2.5
crore/USD 410k) funds per annum at Air Force Station, Bathinda, which was later used by at least 50+ IAF units.
 Successfully designed procedure for tracking & implementing system for loans to domestic/foreign vendors that
helped in accurate tracking of loans. Risk of losing capital reduced by INR 5 crore/USD 800k average cost.
Project Management:
 Efficiently led custom ERP implementation and cleaned e-data which ensured accurate data analysis & interpretation
for provisioning/forecasting aircraft stores for all AF bases and resulted in increase in data accuracy from 33% to 68%
 Introduced 3PL/courier services in Air Force Equipment Depot with proper guidelines that helped in saving
resources, cost and time (estimated at INR 4.2 crore/USD 700k)
 Efficaciously defined depot QAS (Quality Assurance) Manual (equivalent to ISO standards) which helped reduce losses
for the Mumbai Depot by 20% to 7%
 Distinction of training and mentoring NCC Cadets for motivating & successful clearing of SSB (Criteria to be Military
