The study investigates the implementation of ethical business conduct among small and medium Malay businessmen in Malaysia, focusing on four dimensions: personal values, managing social responsibility, business conduct, and interaction with others. While the findings indicate a general awareness and moderate application of ethical practices, unethical behaviors still persist despite understanding their importance. The research highlights that race does not significantly affect ethical conduct, as both Bumiputera and non-Bumiputera businessmen value personal ethics similarly.
