This document provides instructions for making a tie-dye t-shirt. The activity allows participants to express creativity and demonstrates how to apply designs to plain white t-shirts using tie-dye techniques. To make a tie-dye shirt, rubber bands or strings are wrapped around folded or crumpled areas of a white t-shirt to create a pattern. The shirt is then dyed by dipping it in a bucket of fabric dye mixed with water. After drying with the rubber bands in place, removing them reveals the tie-dye pattern on the shirt. The entire process takes between 5-10 minutes and allows for creative self-expression through colorful, unique shirt designs.
