Realtors of the Year: Wright, Epstein, Moore,

Alyce Wright, sales associate at Lila Delman
Real Estate International has been named the
2016 Realtor of the Year by the Newport County
Board of Realtors. Wright has served as NCBR
treasurer since 2014, as well as a director and
executive committee member. She is also on
the board of directors of the Rhode Island
Association of Realtors and a member of the
Women's Council of Realtors.
Richard Epstein, broker associate and corporate trainer with Residential Properties Ltd., in
Providence, has been selected as 2016 Realtor of the Year by the Greater Providence Board of
Realtors. Epstein, a director of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors and a director of the
Statewide Multiple Listing Service, lives in Providence.
James Moore, sales associate and manager of brokerage and property management at Peter M.
Scotti and Associates in Providence, has been selected as 2016 Realtor of the Year by the Rhode
Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors. Moore is the board's 2016 president and is a
member of the board of directors of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. He lives in
Rehoboth.
Ryan Antrop has been named Realtor of the Year by the Northern Rhode Island Board of
Realtors. He is affiliated with Residential Properties in Cumberland. Antrop is a licensed broker
in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, serves on the Cumberland Zoning Board and the
Cumberland and Lincoln Boys and Girls Club board of directors. He lives in Cumberland with his
family.
Westerly waterfront
home sells for $1.5M
Residential Properties Ltd. announced the recent sale of 25 Ayers Rd. in Westerly for $1.5
million. Residential Properties Ltd. represented both sides of the transaction, with Mary Ann Lisi
as the listing agent and Lynn Leffray as the selling agent. Both are sales associates in the
Narragansett office.
The renovated shingled cottage is located on a hill overlooking both Quonochontaug Pond and
Long Island Sound. The seaside home has an outdoor shower and a shared dock plus a mooring.
Inside, there are three bedrooms and two and a half baths, plus an office and two­car garage.
