PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Firstlight Cottage, a waterfront home at 320 East Shore
Road in Jamestown, was sold Thursday for $4.5 million, according to Lila
Delman Real Estate International.
The house has three levels and 6,500 square feet of living space, including five
bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two kitchens, a one-bedroom guest residence, a
pool and a mooring, the agency said.
Cynthia Moretti, a broker associate at Lila Delman, represented the seller.
According to Jamestown records, Stephen Evangelista had purchased the
property in 2004 for $1.5 million, but the house on the lot now was built in
2013. The recorded buyers are Peter and Lindsey Schieffelin. They were
represented by Michelle Aumann of the Newport Beach Club.
On April 13, a nearby house, 1088 East Shore Road in Jamestown, sold for $5.75
million, marking the highest single family home sale in Jamestown since June
2013. The Delman agency handled both sides of that transaction.
