This document discusses the development of alumni relations and fundraising efforts at a university over twelve years. It describes how the program started with establishing an alumni database and magazine. It then expanded to focus on the "5 I's" of identifying alumni, informing them, interesting them, involving them, and investing donations. Over time the university shifted from managing funds to proactive fundraising, growing its annual budget, staff, number of alumni members and circles, and international chapters. The presentation provides an overview of the university's increasing efforts and successes in engaging with alumni and fundraising over a twelve year period.
