12. TESTIMONIALI am writing this letter to attest to compliment All Phase Construction for the work performed on a difficult construction project at MacDill AFB, Florida. From 25 November until 15 December, 2007, All Phase Construction completed repairs to the BAK12 aircraft arresting system on MacDill’s runway. This system is comprised of a steel cable that extends across the runway, which is suspended above a series of twenty-five resilient pads. Each of the 2’ x 4’ pads is secured by six stainless steel studs anchored into the underlying concrete. Because the existing studs were not originally installed to specifications, All Phase Construction was hired to drill out the existing studs. Because these repairs were to be completed on an active runway, All Phase Construction completed this work on our active runway at night during hours when flight traffic is minimal. From the start of the project, All Phase Construction encountered extreme difficulty in drilling out the old bolts since they were not plumb. All Phase Construction suggested several technical adjustments which permitted the work to be accomplished on time and within budget. The final product was outstanding.In addition to their great enthusiasm, All Phase Construction demonstrated dedication by delivering an excellent product and customer satisfaction. This was accomplished by furnishing excellent sub-contractors and persevering under difficult circumstances.
