Agile organisations

In most Agile methods, there’s a clear 

and dedicated role that is responsible 

for creating a learning environment to the team.
In Scrum, for example, we have scrum masters - 

and they’re a kind of learning facilitator.
- Should guarantee the team is working in a productive environment
- Should remove impediments for the dev team and project in general
- Should lead the continuous learning and improvement of the process
- Should facilitate meetings
- Should develop competencies of all people involved in the project/product
