 To prepare, update and maintain systems and procedures related to Plant operation, develop and
report the KPI progress, technical learning and develop & control the performance of the plant and the
manpower.
 To prepare weekly / monthly progress reports and periodic presentations to Management.
 Identify, recommend and develop any process system to improve the operator and engineer’s
performance by performing root cause analysis of failures, and improving the reliability of the training
program by working with engineers from other disciplines and groups as needed to ensure that the
