2. Bakgrunn for kampanjen
For treningssenterkjeden er sommeren en periode med få kunder og
fokuset er kanskje mer på soling, isspising og avslapping enn trening
inne på senter.
For å få brukere til fortsatt være kunder gjennom sommeren og i tillegg
eventuelt få nye kunder, er det behov for en kampanje.
Man gjør en antagelse om at oppmerksomhet i sosiale medier gir
markedsføringseffekt som vil føre til flere følgere på sosiale medier og
flere besøk på nettsidene. Dette er dermed en del av treningssenteret
sin strategi.
3. Mål med strategien
Generell økning i aktive brukere på sosiale medier og nettsider på sommertid.
Deling av bilder og spredning på facebook. Håp om så gode og morsomme
bilder at disse går viralt på sosiale medier med tag for treningssenteret.
Premier med avhengighet til innmelding på treningssenter. Vinneren slipper
kostnad ved å kjøpe armbånd som benyttes for inngang/skap/automat o.l.
Premie som er stor nok til at folk ønsker å gjøre en innsats. For det benyttes
årsabonnement.

Kostnad:
Premier ca 100,- kr per dag = 6000,-
Arbeidstid ca 70 t * 150 kr/t = 10 500,-
Totalt faktisk kostnad = 16 500,-
Tapt inntekt: Årsabonnement *8 = 4800*8 = 38 400,-
5. Hva skal gjøres?
Daglig konkurranse: går ut på at hver dag skal det publiseres et tema for
bildekonkurranse om hvem som kan utføre en angitt øvelse ute. Bildene
legges på Instagram eller facebook merket #TreningssenterX. Beste, mest
kreative og morsomste blinkskudd premieres med senterkjedens armbånd
for inngang til senter og treningshåndkle med logo.
Gjennom uken stemmes det frem en ukesvinner på facebook som også får
ett års gratis abonnement på valgfritt treningssenter. Vinnerbilde(ne)
vises også på storskjerm/tv på senterne etter trekking samt på facebook,
twitter og instagram. Bildene ønskes også brukt i reklamemateriell
senere.

6. Forarbeid
Bestille premier.
Sørge for tilgang til kontoer på aktuelle sosiale medier for den som skal
arbeide med dette gjennom sommeren.
Annonsere konkurransen på facebook og twitter 2 uker i forkant. Finne et
morsomt treningsbilde og angi forklarende tekst.
Lage liste over øvelser for hver dag.
Bestemme hvem som skal utføre jobben og når trekninger skal gjøres. Samme
person(er) skal gi dagsoppgaven, annonsere dags- og ukesvinner på facebook
og twitter samt administrere premier.
8. Etikk og ansvarsforhold
Avklare ansvarsforhold for publisering av bilder på sosiale medier og
treningssenter og om at bilder videre kan benyttes til reklame.
Bilder som kan anses som krenkende ut over det som kan vurderes som
morsomt, vil ikke publiseres og trekkes ut av kanalene for sosiale medier.
Det er viktig å følge med på strømmen i perioden dersom noen skulle komme
med ytringer som er i strid med treningssenterets regler. Disse må behandles
og fjernes. Det må følges med på dialogene for å fange opp evt negative
tilbakemeldinger på kampanjen.
9. Etterarbeid
Sørge for å kvalitetssikre at alle har fått sine premier. Kan ellers gi dårlig
publisitet.
Sørge for avklaring av bruk av vinnerbildene ifm reklame senere
Måle effekt av kampanjen: hvor mange flere besøkende på ulike sosiale
medier, hvor mange flere abonnementer.
Beregne kostnad på kampanje per ny bruker/følger.
