This feasibility study evaluates the use of the Glidesheath Slender for transradial coronary angiography and intervention, demonstrating a high procedural success rate of 99% with low rates of vascular complications and radial artery occlusion (RAO). The Glidesheath Slender allows for reduced invasiveness and minimizes local trauma, making it suitable for complex procedures. Future research is suggested to compare its effectiveness against standard 6fr sheaths regarding access site complications and RAO.
