6. AI AND HUMAN COLLABORATION
What is Human-AI Collaboration?
Human-AI collaboration is the study of how humans and artificial intelligence (AI) agents
work together to accomplish a shared goal. A human's trust in an AI agent is an important
factor in human-AI collaboration, dictating whether the human should follow or override the
AI's input.
There are also many advantages and disadvantages for the same. Like supporting inclusivity
and enabling new discoveries are some of the advantages while disadvantages include
lack of accountability and privacy concerns.
Examples of AI and Human Collaboration are :
● AI for chest radiograph diagnosis.
● Elon Musk’s neural interface technology company researching to embed technology in
a person’s brain.

7. AI is Dehumanizing Warfare
• Capabilities of AI in military applications include:-
1. Data analysis,
2. Autonomous systems, &
3. Decision-making support.
• AI can be applied throughout warfare across
battlefields; from the strategic to operational level,
including AI surveillance, and operations such as
command/control operations, logistics, etc.
• The use of autonomous systems pertians a risk that
could lead to a lack of empathy & understanding of
the human cost of warfare in posterity.

8. AI could never replace humans
they say...
Although, According to a report:
• It takes $700,000 per day to operate a
manned ship while, it takes just $20,000 per
day to operate the Sea Hunter (a USV) based
on AI.
AI and Cyber Warfare
• AI can be used to operate cyber warfares,
leading to situations that are difficult to
defend; such as:-
• "targeted killing", &
• “cyber attacks”
It can also cause unnecessary alerts & waste
of time and resources, hence reducing the
defense mechanism.

robot explicitly designed for

approach to image restoration. They have divided
the process into two stages. Firstly, they use one
neural network to localize the degraded part of the
image. Then, another neural network is used to
restore the image.
