3-2014 till Present : Automation Engineer at Lufkin Middle East ( part of GE oil and gas) for
petroleum services .
Duties:
-Responsible for LWM controller and panel .
-Re responsible for starting up the pump unit and troubleshooting any errors occurred during operation
mode.
- Optimize operation for sucker rod pump and PCP pump.
-Installation, programming & maintenance of Lufkin Well Manager & hocking up end devices , cables
connections to the control system, also, responsible for trouble shooting if required.
-Complete installation for 100/60 HP Baldors AC Motors and maintenance.
-Designing ,selecting & installing power cables connections between LWM power Panel and main
generator .
- Responsible for maintenance Lufkin sucker rod pump (conventional & mark 2) , GrenCo PCP
pumping units.

2. -Installing & connecting soft starter & VSD with Lufkin well manger main power panel and apply
complete configuration with LWM Controller .
- Analyzing the performance of the sucker rod system.
- Apply Valve check to check performance for DHP travelling and standing valves.
-Apply Tube test to check any down-hole problems.
-Ability to analyzing & figure out any down hole problems such as tube hole, rod parted, pump leakage.
- Ability to activate more digital /analog points with to LWM using extension board.
-Ability to apply A PLC SCADA /HMI systems to enable surveillance & fully remote control to sucker
rod pump system If required.
-Be responsible for install LWM controller, sensors, pumping unit motor and main control
panel .
-Be responsible for starting up the pump unit and troubleshooting for any errors occurred
