This document proposes an agile process framework for safety-critical projects. It addresses the increasing complexity of technical systems and software-based control functions. The framework incorporates elements like a pre-project workshop to create a story map and technical concept, preliminary hazard identification, and an "iteration-driven" phase where each new user story requires impact assessment. It emphasizes the need for interdisciplinary teams including a safety engineer to continuously evaluate safety. The goal is to flexibly manage complex systems while identifying hazards early and preventing them through changes at any stage.
