What is Agile ?
Agile methodology is a kind of task the executives procedure, for the most part utilized for programming improvement, where requests and arrangements advance through the community exertion of self-sorting out and cross-useful groups and their clients.
An agile programming improvement process consistently begins by characterizing the clients and archiving a dream articulation on an extent of issues, openings and qualities to be tended to.
Advantages of the agile strategy are incorporated :
Partner commitment
Concentrate on clients
Early and unsurprising conveyance
Unsurprising expenses and timetable
Takes into account change
How organizations should react to agile :
For organizations to prevail in the present market, they should have the option to quickly and dependably convey item augmentations to clients.
All the more critically, they should be agile and ready to react to input from clients.

1. Explain agile methodology.
Agile methodology is a software development paradigm that emphasizes iterative and incremental development. The agile strategy is based on delivering a product in tiny operational increments or builds. Every program built is a better and more advanced version of the previous one. The development team and stakeholders are constantly collaborating on enhancements and changes in requirements.
Alternatively, we can describe the agile approach as the process of continuously providing functioning software while maintaining regular communication with stakeholders in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. How many types of Agile Methodologies are there? Enumerate them.
Agile Methodologies are classified into seven different types. They are:
• Scrum
• Kanban
• Extreme Programming
• Feature-Driven Development (FDD)
• Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM)
• Lean
• Crystal
3. What are the merits and demerits of the agile technique?
The following are some of the most noteworthy benefits of the agile methodology:
• Agile software development is one of the quickest and most flexible methodologies available.
• During the development phase, customers might adjust their needs at any time.
• It largely focuses on the software product's regular release. As a result, clients have the opportunity to see the product in its early stages of development.
• Customers have the option of providing comments on any working deliverable they receive.
• Because the development team focuses on creating a product that matches the customer's needs, this strategy ensures customer happiness.
• It focuses mostly on the product's good design.

Industries across the globe are burgeoning. Stiff
competition has permeated every stratum among
enterprises. To sustain themselves in such an environment,
companies are seeking new and improved methods by which
they can revamp their business and also their existing
production processes. With the emphasis firmly resting on the requirement for
more robust processes, companies are transforming their
project plans drastically. Now, the buzz and objective is to
move on to a more adaptive process that ushers in change
and provides results. Moreover, businesses need a process
that offers enhanced flexibility which can alter the very
nature of the process itself.

Techniques to optimize the pagerank algorithm usually fall in two categories. One is to try reducing the work per iteration, and the other is to try reducing the number of iterations. These goals are often at odds with one another. Skipping computation on vertices which have already converged has the potential to save iteration time. Skipping in-identical vertices, with the same in-links, helps reduce duplicate computations and thus could help reduce iteration time. Road networks often have chains which can be short-circuited before pagerank computation to improve performance. Final ranks of chain nodes can be easily calculated. This could reduce both the iteration time, and the number of iterations. If a graph has no dangling nodes, pagerank of each strongly connected component can be computed in topological order. This could help reduce the iteration time, no. of iterations, and also enable multi-iteration concurrency in pagerank computation. The combination of all of the above methods is the STICD algorithm. [sticd] For dynamic graphs, unchanged components whose ranks are unaffected can be skipped altogether.

Levelwise PageRank with Loop-Based Dead End Handling Strategy : SHORT REPORT ...Subhajit Sahu
Abstract — Levelwise PageRank is an alternative method of PageRank computation which decomposes the input graph into a directed acyclic block-graph of strongly connected components, and processes them in topological order, one level at a time. This enables calculation for ranks in a distributed fashion without per-iteration communication, unlike the standard method where all vertices are processed in each iteration. It however comes with a precondition of the absence of dead ends in the input graph. Here, the native non-distributed performance of Levelwise PageRank was compared against Monolithic PageRank on a CPU as well as a GPU. To ensure a fair comparison, Monolithic PageRank was also performed on a graph where vertices were split by components. Results indicate that Levelwise PageRank is about as fast as Monolithic PageRank on the CPU, but quite a bit slower on the GPU. Slowdown on the GPU is likely caused by a large submission of small workloads, and expected to be non-issue when the computation is performed on massive graphs.
1. What is agile design methodology and howto apply it?
i. Understand problem
ii. Analyze the problem
iii. Sketch
iv. Design
v. Prototype
Understand the problem
About 20 years ago, agile was merely a management practice aimed at developers.
Agile has a magnitude of different types used as organization team work, and crafts. Today
companies around the world use it as a framework for establishing how their product should look and
feel.
Agile look at how team work in cooperate can design a system based on user experience work.
Agile is a people oriented management system designed to make teams much more adaptable to
the change. It appeared as a response to then the waterfall model weakness.
It is considered to be user design friendly methodology.
Parallel Conversion is the conversion where two system area running beside the other.
Direct Conversion is the process of conversion which phases out old system instantly.
Advantages of Direct Conversion
- Saves time (Fast).
- Cheap
Disadvantages of Direct Conversion
- Loss of Data
- Loss of Jobs (Unemployment)
Prototype Conversion
2. Is the process of conversion which change from the old system partially to the new system.
Advantages
- Easy to troubleshoot
Agile methodology has got 4 essential values.
1. Individual and Interactions
2. Good software / System which is detailed and documented.
3. Collaborating with customers which requires good negotiating and contracts.
4. Adapting to change which follow rigid plans
Importance ofAgile
Leads to development of new ideas
Leads to team work
Leads to quick development of systems or projects
Clients are more involved and provide team with valuable feedbacks at all steps of
process
It is an interactive process both allows to identify problems and respond to them very
quickly
Agile allows to receive regular feedback which helps team stay motivated and feel
productive
Both are essential for boosting team morale
Enables team to solve critical and imminent issues instantly which solve a lot of money
issue and time. The further bug or design issues make development process more
expensive
Conditions for Agile
Agile operates in splints, managers must abstain from micro managing team members.
Agile encourages t o learn to trust your colleagues and their expertise
