The Nightingale Agenda Planner is a calendar book provided to students to help them become organized and successful. It contains monthly and weekly calendars to write down homework, goals, and important dates. It also includes a student handbook with school policies and procedures, as well as resources to help with homework. Students are instructed to use the planner daily by checking off dates, setting goals, recording assignments, and writing neatly. The goal is to help students stay organized and turn assignments in on time through effective planning.

What is the Nightingale Agenda Planner?
The Nightingale Agenda Planner is a calendar book provided for each student. Students
are only issued ONE (free of charge) planner to be kept for the entire school year.
Consider these definitions:
Plan- an intention or decision about what one is going to do
Planner- a book that contains a calendar (and a list or charts)
to write down plans, appointments, things to be done, etc.
Why does it matter?
"The assignment is due when? Tomorrow?
Successful students plan and use their time wisely. Successful students turn assignments
in on time. They set and reach goals. Successful students are organized.
The planner is provided to help you become a successful student.

How do I use my Nightingale Agenda Planner?

• Write in pencil
• Check off dates past in September (stop at yesterday’s date)
• Write in directions from #6 stated above
• Use Student Handbook pg. 6 to write in September and
October days to remember.
• Put dates as Back to School Night in both the monthly and
weekly calendars.
• Create and write down at least one goal for this week and this
month.
