This document provides an agenda for the Eastern Panhandle West Virginia GIS Users Group Meeting taking place on September 18, 2009 at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service NCTC in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The agenda includes presentations on GIS consortiums, funding GIS projects, using Google Earth and GIS, mapping sinkholes using LiDAR, slope modeling and terrain analysis, and an urban tree canopy assessment. There will also be information sharing, a map gallery competition, and tips for using ArcGIS Online 9.3.1. Registration closes on September 4th and seating is limited to the first 80 registrants.
