Scott Baker is currently a Senior Information Assurance Manager in the Strategic Security and Aviation
Department of The Coca-Cola Company and has just celebrated his 27th year. He has worked in the
Information Assurance and Information Security fields for the past 17 years.
Scott entered the Information Technology field in 1983, and prior to moving to Information Security in 1996,
worked in many different roles including; IBM Midrange system operator, programmer, database designer and
administrator, help desk and field level support engineer, computer literacy instructor, Software QA analyst,
Novell and Microsoft Server Administrator, Firewall administrator, Network Security Engineer and general
“Jack-of-all-trades”.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a
Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University. He has held a CISSP since 2002, and was
awarded the ISE Southeast Rising Star Award in 2006.
Scott lives in Atlanta Georgia with his wife, two sons, and a menagerie of pets. During his few “off hours” he is
a painter, sculptor, bonsai slave, runner (knees, weather and time permitting), a golfer / duffer, and a semi-
professional DJ.

chart-of-accounts that were designed and deployed many years ago and they do not reflect the business

Simon has over15 years of experience and expertise in the technology and security industry. Simon joined
SECUDE from Microsoft, where he played a key role in facilitating Microsoft’s latest effort in the field of
information protection and was focused on document security, identity and access management, and secure

Simon previously worked at Microsoft and Oracle, where he played key roles working with customers,

implementation was encoding the very first Kimberly-Clark RFID tag read by Wal-Mart. She then led the

into SAP and allow users to interact with them on a mobile device. By utilizing the SAP Mobile Platform, the
team from Dickinson + Associates was able to put together an application that can support source inspections,
social compliance and vendor audits, CT/PAT inspections and create quality notifications. The application can
do this from anywhere on the planet, even when not connected to WiFi. This application is currently deployed
to users in the United States and China with plans for rollout to the UK.
This presentation outlines the reasons SAP Mobility Solutions made sense for Lifetime Brands and outlines the

SAP Screen Personas & How They Enhance User Experience

It is broadly perceived that enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems have complex and unintuitive user
interfaces that negatively affects usability, frustrate users, and ultimately hinder their successful adoption and
utilization in organizations. With SAP Personas Delivery Program you can personalize targeted business
processes and screens of the SAP ERP application for different users without programming. SAP Personas
Delivery Program Drives Employee Enablement and SAP ERP Usability Less time spent in transactions driven by
beautiful and intuitive screens that promote transactional usability, decrease users errors, confusion and
frustration. SAP Personas Delivery Program Benefits- Example The VA01 transaction to create a customer sales
order is one of the most critical – and complex, multi tab/field transactions in SAP. It allows companies across a
variety of industries to capture the information they need to meet their customers’ order requirements.
Using SAP Personas, the sales order process can be simplified and streamlined through the use of dashboards
and the removal of all but the required data entry fields. Personas can also eliminate the requirement for data
entry staff to memorize transaction codes, customer codes, and other field level data abbreviations. The
scripting tool will allow users to combine information from other transactions onto a single screen and can
automate data entry with the push of a button. In addition, standard SAP Personas functionality will enable users
to look up order status information without leaving the dashboard screen they are currently using to create new
sales orders. It is important that you follow the steps in line with best practice to attain the foundational

The SAP Usability Analysis is conducted to evaluate user adoption pre- and post- go live, identify barriers to
successful use, and develop the business case for implementing SAP Screen Personas. Approach and Deliverables
 Identify issues impacting SAP usage and determine the most appropriate options for addressing any
issues uncovered.
 Recognize usage successes and best practices within the organization, and provide recommendations for
repeating success across the user base.

user interfaces available through SAP Screen Personas for ECC.

Process and Role Documentation: Foundational Elements 2 &3 Ensure that you take the time to attain “One
Source of the Truth” process and role documentation that has been achieved via alignment between IT and the
business. This foundational documentation along with approved Business Process Procedures is used to guide
the SAP Screen Personas solution and provide the base materials needed for a successful end user profile set up
and training program.
