Tort is a civil wrong arising from an act or failure to act that causes personal injury or property damage. It is defined as a wrong under common law for which damages can be claimed, excluding breaches of contract. The word tort comes from the Latin word "tortum" meaning twisted. It was introduced to the Indian legal system through British rule. For a case of nervous shock, the plaintiff must prove proximity to the incident, shock from seeing or hearing it, and that it caused a recognized psychiatric illness. The defendant is only liable for foreseeable harms to those in the danger zone, not mere bystanders outside it.

1) Woodlot owners have legal responsibilities and risks regarding trespassers and other users of their land under criminal law, civil liability, and acts like the Occupiers' Liability Act.

The Supreme Court case Morrison vs Olson centered around whether the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, which established the independent counsel, violated the separation of powers. The Court, in a 7-1 decision written by Justice Rehnquist, held that the Act did not violate separation of powers. The Court found that Congress has authority to appoint officials within the executive branch and that while the executive has removal power, Congress can limit it, as it did with the independent counsel.

Principles of government and commerce.

Contract OF Agency - Business Law
An agency agreement is a legal contract creating a fiduciary relationship whereby the first party ("the principal") agrees that the actions of a second party ("the agent") binds the principal to later agreements made by the agent as if the principal had himself personally made the later agreements. The power of the agent to bind the principal is usually legally referred to as an authority. Agency created via an agreement may be a form of implied authority, such as when a person gives their credit card to a close relative, the cardholder may be required to pay for purchases made by the relative with their credit card.
Many states employ the equal dignity rule whereby the agency agreement must be in writing if the later agreement would also necessarily be written, such as a contract to buy thousands of dollars worth of goods.
An example of the existence of an agency agreement at issue in a 2006 court case arose when a tennis tournament sponsor sued Venus and Serena Williams for not participating. The sponsor argued that their father, Richard Williams, had committed to their participation in the tournament. The Williams sisters argued that their father did not have the authority to bind them to such an agreement. If their father did commit the sisters to play, the issue for the court to decide is whether a valid agency agreement existed between the Williams sisters and their father. If not, then they likely were not bound to his agreement under the law of agency.
Manufacturers and suppliers of goods frequently appoint agents to act on their behalf in promoting sales, both in the home country of the manufacturer as well as overseas. A formal agreement is usually signed setting out the commission the agent will receive, the territory, duration and other terms on which the principal and agent will do business together.
Within the European Union, there is legislation designed to give some protection to agents, in particular, the right to compensation in certain circumstances when an agency is terminated. The same applies to other parts of the world and in some countries, it is necessary for a foreign manufacturer to appoint as agent an individual or company that is a national of the country where the agency will operate.
An agent should be distinguished from a distributor – in commercial parlance, a distributor will buy stock from the supplier or principal and then sell it on to his customers at a markup, whereas an agent will find customers for the principal who then sells direct to the customers and pays commission to the agent.

Intermediaries in travel and tourism industries provide the linking point between suppliers and customers. It is because of their relationship with other service suppliers that they are considered as their representatives to customers. The nature of this business relationship and its outcomes are governed by the law of agency, its different facets and ramifications are captured in this presentation for readers seeking enlightenment in the legal area as basis for risk free agency business in travel and tourism.
Law Of Agency
This document provides an overview of agency law and the legal framework for principal-agent relationships. It discusses how agency can be formed through contractual, quasi-contractual, or non-contractual means. The key aspects covered include the concept of agency, the different types of relationships and classes of agents, the authority of agents, and the duties and termination of agency. Agency
An agency is a contract that regulates the relationship between a principal and an agent. The principal is the person who authorizes another to act on their behalf as an agent. An agent is a person employed to act for or represent the principal in dealing with third parties. An agency can be created through agreement, estoppel, ratification, or operation of law. The duties of an agent include following the principal's directions, working with reasonable skill, compensating the principal, maintaining accounts, and communicating with the principal. An agency terminates through agreement between the parties, revocation, completion of the task, expiration of time, or circumstances such as death, insanity, insolvency, or a change in law.
Business law
A contract of agency is an agreement where one person, the agent, acts on behalf of another person, the principal. The agent is authorized to negotiate and make contracts with third parties under the control of the principal. Key aspects of a contract of agency include that consideration is not essential, the agent can delegate authority with permission, and if the agent is removed, any sub-agents are automatically terminated. Authority can be express, implied, by estoppel, or by holding out based on the relationship between the parties. An agent's rights against the principal include the right to remuneration, lien over the principal's goods until paid, and indemnity if removed without cause.
Agency

Dissolution of Company
This document discusses the dissolution and winding up of Company Nur Hidayah Tul Nabiha Binti Manas from October 2018 to February 2019. these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
help of Advanced technologies like Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems is
