Brinda Somaya is an Indian architect who runs her own practice after completing degrees from Mumbai University and Smith College. Some of her notable projects include the Goa Institute of Management campus, Zensar Technology Limited offices, and the St. Thomas Cathedral in Mumbai. She designed the Brady Glady's Plaza in Mumbai to house five different companies by dividing the building vertically to give each owner an independent identity and entry.
Kanchenjunga Appartments
Charles Correa designed the Kanchanjunga Apartments in Mumbai in 1980-1985 to provide climatic solutions for different sites and programs. Cube tower mexico
The Cube Tower is a 70m tall office building in Guadalajara, Mexico designed by Catalan architect Carme Pinós. It has 19 floors plus a basement level and was constructed between 2004-2005. The building was designed to maximize natural ventilation and light through its three concrete core structure, which contain elevators and services. Large cantilevered slabs projected up to 10m from the cores, supported by post-tensioned steel beams and allowing open floor plans with few interior columns. Cube tower mexico
The Cube Tower is a 70m tall office building in Guadalajara, Mexico designed by Catalan architect Carme Pinós. It has 19 floors plus a basement level and was constructed between 2004-2005. The building was designed to maximize natural ventilation and light through its three concrete core structure, which contain elevators and services. Large cantilevered slabs projected up to 10m from the cores, supported by post-tensioned steel beams and allowing open floor plans with few interior columns.
