3. Use of day light The office space can use day light to a good extent. Despite doing it in one portion,tubelights are still switched ON. May be stickers, cards be pasted on the work stations for information dissemination on this.

5. Emergency Lighting We understand that there are places that require emergency lighting (always on) but at least in the day time, lights at stair cases, open areas may be switched off. The inverter batteries need to be replaced after every year or so just because of continuous usage like this.

14. Genset Performance We observed that there are vessels stacked at Gensets which can be very dangerous. In addition, there is leakage observed via the radiator and diesel spilling at 2 Gensets.
