This document provides a template for submitting ideas to an intrapreneurship program innovation challenge. The template requests information such as the name of the idea, the problem it addresses, who the customers are, how the solution would work, expected benefits, potential sponsors, and the motivation and team for pursuing the idea. It is designed to help idea sponsors concisely pitch their concepts for consideration in the challenge.

The Problem:
The best ideas solve specific problems experienced by the
‘customer’. Specifically describe the key problem you aim
to solve and provide context about the problem.
The Customer:
Describe who you believe would be the main beneficiary
or user of your idea. This can be an external target
customer, and end user and/or an internal stakeholder.
Try to be specific.
The Solution:
How do you imagine you could solve the problem? What
technology or resources may you leverage to solve the
problem in a new and interesting way?
It’s important to have a strong sense
of purpose and motivation, especially
as this project will require you to put in
extra effort beyond your day job.
