A four-year-old girl had lost her upper anterior teeth due to dental caries. Her parents were concerned about the aesthetic impact and wanted to restore the missing teeth. The dentists created a fixed anterior appliance using bands on the second molars and a wire framework. Acrylic resin teeth were fabricated and attached to match the size and shape of primary incisors. The appliance addressed aesthetic, speech, and mastication issues and provided space maintenance. Fixed anterior appliances can provide psychological benefits for children but require parental desire and have some contraindications like certain medical conditions. Regular follow-ups ensured proper fit as permanent teeth erupted.
