The document summarizes Advancement Project's 15 years of work promoting civil rights and equity. It highlights key accomplishments such as securing $1 billion for education funding, training over 2,500 advocates, and transforming the LAPD approach to community policing. It also shows the growth of the organization from 4 staff and a $700,000 budget to over 45 staff and a $7 million budget. The document celebrates Advancement Project's impact and innovation in achieving greater equity and opportunity for underserved communities.

Optimized Reversible Data Hiding Technique for Secured Data TransmissionEditor IJMTER
Reversible data hiding (RDH) is used to embed secret message into a cover image by slightly
modifying its pixel values. Embedded message and the cover image are completely recovered from the
marked content. RDH supports information hiding with the lossless compressibility of natural images.
Lossless compression, difference expansion, histogram modification, prediction-error expansion and
integer transform techniques are used for RDH process. Histogram based RDH method is divided into
two steps histogram generation and histogram modification. Histogram construction is performed with
the pixel pairs sequences and their different values. Histogram modification is carried out to embed data
into the cover image. The un-hiding process recovers the message and also the cover image.
Reversible data hiding (RDH) scheme is designed by using difference-pair-mapping (DPM)
mechanism. A sequence consisting of pairs of difference values is computed by considering each pixelpair and its context. DPM is an injective mapping defined on difference-pairs. Specifically designed
DPM is used for Reversible data embedding process. A two-dimensional difference-histogram is
generated by counting the frequency of the resulting difference-pairs. Current histogram-based RDH
methods use natural extension of expansion embedding and shifting techniques. A pixel-pair-selection
strategy is adopted to use the pixel-pairs located in smooth image regions to embed data. Capacity
distortion property is used evaluate the embedding capacity (EC).
Two dimensional difference histogram modification model is enhanced to increase the
embedding capacity. Difference Pair Mapping (DPM) model is optimized to identify pixel redundancy.
Multiple in value based pixel pair modification is allowed in the system. Histogram modification is
carried out with different frequency levels.

This review contains weight loss content and information
about people, particularly women about losing weight. Unlike a lot of weight loss program out there that promise results this is one of the very FEW programs that deliver. The program contains a simple 12-week diet and exercise program that shows results in the first few weeks and gets progressively better from there. Any women serious about losing weight or shedding some pound instantly will do well to check out this program!

Matt Doheny artfully displays a question that many U.S citizens and foreigners alike are wondering: What States are Americans moving to? With the rise in rent prices in places like New York and California, many Americans are finding more affordable living in places like Texas and Colorado. View this presentation for more!

In 2008, AARP Oregon used a series of integrated marketing communications and grassroots tactics to increase engagement and volunteerism in the national Divided We Fail campaign for financial security and healthcare reform leading up to the 2008 Presidential Election. Here is a synopsis of the initiative and lessons learned based on my experiences as an intern and contractor on the project.

DONORS AND FUNDERS
FIFTEEN YEARS AGO, Advancement Project began by bringing $1
billion dollars of education funding to overcrowded urban school districts. I am
excited to share that, in our 15th year, we have been instrumental in securing
another billion of new education funding for our most vulnerable students.
It has been immensely gratifying this year to remember all of the campaigns,
partnerships, and impact that make up our collective journey. We’ve turned
them into a poster – unfold this report to see “15 Reasons to Celebrate 15
Years of Advancement Project”.
Looking back at just the past year, some of our wins include:
• With community partners a Student Need Index was created and convinced
the L.A. Unified School District to guide the allocation of $837 million of
Local Control Funding Formula funds to the communities and schools that
need it most. We’ll be bringing this model to districts across California.
• The budget of a city is not just numbers, it can tell a story – a story of power and relationships.
WeBudgetLA.org made the L.A. City budget understandable and useful for community advocates.
Next year, we’ll partner with advocates to ensure that budget decisions are equitable and meet
the needs of all Angelenos.
• Our Community Research Lab has showed more than 500 community leaders across California
how to use data, research, and maps to tell the story of their neighborhoods’ needs and assets.
Our training programs will boost the skills of even more advocates in 2015.
• This past summer’s tragic police shootings of youth of color focused a spotlight on community-
police relations and the need for law enforcement to find a new way to “serve and protect”.
Across the country our work to transform the Los Angeles Police Department and radically change
community-police relations has served as an inspiration and model. Engaging electeds and
police nationwide continues in 2015.
With your support, we are creating a model for the next generation of civil rights progress. We can’t
know what the next 15 years may bring but whenever we can apply our unique combination of policy
analysis, data and research expertise, and ability to bring together diverse people to set a course
for change, we promise to be there.
