The document describes a proposed mobile application called Smart Parenting that allows parents to monitor their children's mobile activities. 3. These days we know that everyone uses mobile
phones. Every kid now a day’s own a mobile.
Even with all its positives mobiles do have its bad
effects. There are many instances of mobile
causing kids to go astray.
Smart Parenting is developed by using Android
platform as the system and acts as an interface
for the parents to monitor their child activities
through Android-based Smartphone. This gives
the freedom of mobility and conveniences to the
parents to monitor their child's activities
anywhere they want.

4.  The world of Android can be an incredibly educational and fun
place for your children. Smart Parenting is a parental control
application for Android, to make sure your device provides a safe
environment for your child to grow and learn. The amount of control
is really about the age and experience level of the kids. It is not only
appropriate, but absolutely necessary to monitor everything that an
under 18 year old does online, not because you don't trust them, but
because they are inexperienced enough to wander inadvertently into
bad content or situations and not know when they need help.
 As for tracking the usage of cell phones in children’s hand we are
setting this application in mobile phones, that whenever a child is
sending messages, calling browsing and recorded activities are
monitoring the parents, in this application helpful for the modern
world

5. In the present scenario all parents can do
monitor their children’s activity on the
mobiles is by getting their hands on it.
Even if they do get the mobile the entire call
log, SMS and web history could be erased by
the kids.

6. Call log and sms history can be deleted by
children before giving it to the parent.
By this children can use mobile phones for
unauthorized activities

7. proposed system we develop an application on
the mobile platform that tracks the calls, url’s
and the SMS send through that mobile. The
application stores these data in the database. The
parents are able to configure the application
before they give the mobile to their children.
They can enter a particular mobile number and a
text.
Parents can record what is happening where their
children is by calling to their kids mobile from
that particular number. The recorded audio will
be uploaded to the web server

8. Furthermore when the parent sent the preset text to the children’s
mobile the application uploads the entire logs to the web server.
For some kids it might be an over kill, but a smart phone can give
you a lot of features like knowing your child’s whereabouts

if the child delete the history the details
would be send to parent.
If net facility is not available the data's are
stored in the database so parent can access
the details from child’s phone itself.
Only one application enough for more than

when the parent is calling.

Under web there are three modules.
• User Management.
This module is for a new user to register and
to download the application. During
registration user will be provide with a user
name and password using which the user can
download the application.
Parent can use this login details to enter the
site for viewing the logs.

and store it on to database. Log details are
displayed as well. Log details include the details
such as the phone number, call duration, time of
call, messages, audio etc.
Once the parent logins to the site he can view the
Log details, play the recorded audio and track
location

Even children have their own mobile. Especially
android phones. So it is very important for parents to
know the activities of their children in mobile phone.
They are responsible for manage, control, and
monitor children’s activities. This project helps parent
to monitor the child’s activities on their mobile.
Parental control is an effective method
which helps parent to monitor their child’s activities
on mobile. The main advantage of this application is
that the parent can monitor the child without
knowing. The application is hidden on child phone.
So this application is an effective method
for monitoring children.
