Abstract
C & R Associates is a UK based company providing variety of market research services
such as mystery shopping surveys, customer surveys, staff surveys, reporting and
benchmarking to UK public bodies.
C & R Associates works for wide range of Councils and public bodies throughout the UK including Birmingham City Council,
Manchester City Council, London Borough of Richmond Council, Reading Borough Council, Brent Council (London) etc.
Business Needs / Challenges
The survey response data is collated in an online survey tool which can be accessed directly as a web data source or downloaded
for use. The data collected was stored as excel files and analysis was done on these excel sheets. Then MS Word based report was
created having analysis (excel sheets) linked to it.
C & R Associates was looking to have a central repository to manage and standardize all their survey questionnaires and a solution
which could reduce repeated similar analyses having to be undertaken and then allow straight forward comparison between
parameters measured across surveys.
For this C & R Associates required:
