ThinkGreen Blog Interaction Allow interaction between follower and customers with employees.   Brand Image This blog would reinforce the positive image of WM.   Direct Markeing Would allow facilitator to promote and give coupons. For products such as the CFL Recycling Kit.   Online Monitoring This blog will be the most benefitial social media source to measure or online marketing strategy.  Feedback This will be a source of opportunity for customers to give their negative/positive feedback of service, products and events. BENEFITS of  THINKGREEN BLOG
