Profile & Objective
James is a bright, talented engineer with extensive experience in IT Management. Over 8 years of working proficiency
in IT rationalisation, change management and large-scale system implementation. In his current position he manages
the government certification approval process of private investments in manufacturing and services. He provides
consultancy & field inspection on all stages of the investment, ranging from drafting of architectural designs to
ergonomically positioning of manufacturing equipment. Able to comprehend complex operational issues and loves to
apply multi-discipline principles in order to reach optimal solution. Trusted problem solver known for “getting the job
done” making him ideal for positions that require out of the box thinking.
In his current role with the Greek Government he has undertaken several initiatives, organised in a easy to follow way
the procedures of his department, cutting down on time and diversity, produced several public document templates

 Completion of government certification of 200+ Manufacturing Enterprises. (Total budget over € 8M. Euros)
 Certificate author (license granting) for all technical professionals in the local province. (est. 200.000 population)
 Successful completion of an average of over 120 licencing cases of Enterprises per year from various sectors.
 Solely responsible for the operation of a portal providing procedural and legal information on certification.
 Provided IT support for the department of Technical Implementations. (Network and Software)
 Produced more than a 1.000 official reply documents providing guidance and consultancy.
 Collaborated with the Ministry of Development for the change of legislation and normalisation of procedures.
 Acted as a consultant to the government & SIEMENS for IT systems design and database design & implementation
 Completed over 200 government inspections of fully operational Manufacturing Enterprises.
 Publication of 5 peer reviewed research papers in the application of artificial intelligence in current problem solving.
