This document outlines a comprehensive community partnership plan for Southern Fulton Jr/Sr High School for the 2014-2015 school year. It identifies four major goals: 1) increase biology Keystone test scores, 2) improve career and post-high school readiness, 3) decrease bullying, and 4) strengthen community partnerships.
