July 1940, German Dictator Adolf Hitler conquered almost the whole of his
neighborhood. Austria, Norway, Denmark, France, Poland and Belgium all were invaded
by him. Italy was run by another dictator, Mussolini. Mussolini had an agreement with
Adolf Hitler and both were working together. Broadly there were only 3 major nations in
Europe Germany, the Soviet Union and Britain. Germany and Soviet Union had a peace
agreement. Hitler had no fear of the Soviet Union as they wouldn’t have attacked
Germany. So, Britain was the only nation that was against Germany. On the other side
