Submission Instructions for the Presentation: After completing the group presentation, each group will submit their presentation to two locations: the assignment link and also to the “Review of Group Presentations Discussion Board link” located in BB Week Four. Students will then choose one presentation (other than their own) to focus their review on. The review will describe the selected campaign, discuss campaign achievements, assess health promotion methods used and analyze if the selected methods are appropriate for each audience level. Lastly, students will identify and discuss an aspect of each campaign and its connection to the health communication campaign model; social marketing techniques; and/or advocacy concepts.

Good Morning, Professor Nissa and Fellow Classmates:
The three basic types of evaluation in Family Life Education is the assessing needs and assets evaluation which is the most important stage of the evaluation because involves identifying a plan as to what will be needed in order to reach the goal or program to be set in place after the evaluation is completed. The evaluation is a process vice an event; the formative evaluation generates information with the purpose to plan, monitor, and improve programs which is also referred to as process evaluations. Formative evaluations describe a program and provide feedback as to how the program is working by using surveys midway through the program in order to view if the program is working and to identify if the information needs to be retaught or reinforced and the summative evaluation sometimes referred to as the outcome evaluation which is viewing the end result of a program such as how is the program working; are the goals being met and if not determining if the program should be expanded, copied or removed. (Darling, Cassidy, & Powell, 2014, pp. 155-156). Basically establishing a programs worth by focusing on the outcome.
The formative assessment goal is to gather feedback that can be used by the family life educator as a guide improvements in the ongoing teaching and learning context. Summative assessment is to measure the level of success that has been obtained after improvements have been identified and used. (Author unknown, 2016).
The program I will use as an example would be marriage enrichment program. The program will meet twice a month, biweekly for 2 hours, and for one year. Initially using the needs and assets assessing evaluation I would complete a mini study on who my target audience would be (how many married couples are in the area – identify my target audience), what resources are available such as are there churches offering martial counseling or retreats that perhaps I could partner with or expand on what is being done already also ensuring if there is a need for this program and will the community support this program.
Once the program is established I would introduce the formative evaluation stage by submitting surveys for the participants’ midway through the program to ensure there aren’t any problems that may hinder the participants’ participation in the program such as work hours or babysitting issues, material to vague, material to overwhelming, or class too condensed to cover the amount of material submitted. Formative evaluations describe a program and provide feedback as to how the program is working by using surveys midway through the program in order to view if the program is working and to identify if the information needs to be retaught or reinforced and the summative evaluation sometimes referred to as the outcome evaluation which is viewing the end result of a program such as how is the program working; are the goals being met and if not determining if the program should be expanded, copied or removed. (Darling, Cassidy, & Powell, 2014, pp. 155-156). Basically establishing a programs worth by focusing on the outcome.
The formative assessment goal is to gather feedback that can be used by the family life educator as a guide improvements in the ongoing teaching and learning context. Summative assessment is to measure the level of success that has been obtained after improvements have been identified and used. (Author unknown, 2016).
The program I will use as an example would be marriage enrichment program. The program will meet twice a month, biweekly for 2 hours, and for one year. Initially using the needs and assets assessing evaluation I would complete a mini study on who my target audience would be (how many married couples are in the area – identify my target audience), what resources are available such as are there churches offering martial counseling or retreats that perhaps I could partner with or expand on what is being done already also ensuring if there is a need for this program and will the community support this program.
Once the program is established I would introduce the formative evaluation stage by submitting surveys for the participants’ midway through the program to ensure there aren’t any problems that may hinder the participants’ participation in the program such as work hours or babysitting issues, material to vague, material to overwhelming, or class too condensed to cover the amount of material submitted. The main goal being that everyone leaves the program with a better understanding on how to have a successful marriage.
The summative evaluation will be the participants completing an interview to determine if the information provided to them will assist them in their marriage relation.

Leslie Hurtado’s passion for working in the media industry as a news anchor was sparked when she realized she wanted to follow her dream and (needs parallel structure here -: “to …”) a call for empathy and a voice for others less fortunate in the community. Her ambitions as a TV news anchor evolved due to her cultural heritage. Explain.
When asked what her zeal was, she replied, “I hate following the crowd because it makes one lose his sense of belonging and start imitating others,.” Leslie remarksshe said. “I am a unique person when surrounded by people who embrace me for who I am and for an unapologetic character.” Nice quote.
Leslie devoted much of her adolescence in learning English. Is she a native Spanish speaker? Wasn’t she born here? This makes it sounds like she may have come as a young child. “I feel great enthusiasm when working with it, whether in a casual or formal setting,.” she said. Studying in the USA particularly helped her gain key language and social skills. She gained ground for attaining a prospective career and a vigorous lifestyle as well.
Leslie's interest in journalism and media was not always present but was initiated by the school, where he was asked to write blogs and short articles on all-rounded relevant topics. “The thrill from writing did not make me feel self-assured or confident at that time,” she said.. Nonetheless, she was well-received, and that was the snowballing of her confidence in the language and creative writing. Ever since her confidence sprang out, Leslie has been regularly writing and posing articles in the school articles as well as a local newspaper, which altogether increased his her valuable experience.
Leslie is of Latino descent. Her grandparents migrated from Portugal to Chicago during the colonial era and war between Spanish and America to avoid violence. Interesting. The Madisonian model of government is hailed as a major contribution to political theory and to governing a large and diverse polity. The system they created reflected A. Hamilton's admonition that

1) Identify the components of the American political system that reflect the intentions of the Framers and evaluate how well they reflect the
pluralist model
of government.
2) Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the American political system. In doing so, consider the following questions: a) should a majority be able to pass quickly any piece of legislation it wants? Or should the process be more deliberate and take into consideration groups not part of the contemporary majority? b) Should policies be national in scope? Or should they reflect the conditions of the states? c) If you want quick policies that reflect the wishes of the majority, what changes would you make in the electoral and governmental systems?
3) Some argue that the American political system and the policymaking process, in fact, are more representative of the
elite model
of government. For example, Lindblom and Woodhouse in their seminal The Policymaking Process argue that the process reflects "
the pernicious effects

political inequality"
on the policy making process and,
"especially the possibility that policy ideas are systematically misshaped by the pro-business cultures of market-oriented democracies."
