Gearing Up for the 21st Century Revolution:
Industrial enterprises around the world are retooling their factories with advanced technologies to boost manufacturing flexibility and speed, achieving new levels of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), supply chain responsiveness, and customer satisfaction in the process. This renaissance reflects very real pressures industry players face today.
Steven Greschner main focus when he was emploued in the company of Cisco Systems, Inc. as an Account Manager was to drive networking sales revenue through channel partners using fundamentally sound sales strategies and techniques, solution selling, relationship selling, customer service and satisfaction to exceed sales quotas and provide territory expansion for the company.

Vyštudovaný právnik, no najmä zakladateľ občianskeho združenia Lepšia Trnava, dobrovoľník a administrátor Odkazprestarostu.sk v Trnave.

Peter is a law graduate, founder of the civic association Lepšia Trnava (Better Trnava), volunteer and administrator of the web portal Odkazprestarostu.sk in Trnava. He likes connecting people who care about where and how they live, pointing out flaws in the functioning of municipality and creating space for discussion about making the city a better place to live. Peter strongly believes in the phenomenon of volunteering. His own experience in volunteering has shown him that the effort to improve his surroundings is worth it.

So how do manufacturers optimize globally stretched production networks and supply chains in a world where expertise is both scarce and widely dispersed? A growing number of global manufacturers are turning to virtual and mobile collaboration solutions to bring experts "face to face" with colleagues, dealers, partners, and customers no matter where they're located.
Among the most advanced of these solutions is Cisco Remote Expert for Manufacturing, an enterprise-class, remote collaboration and communications platform that combines high-definition video, audio streams, and data capabilities.
Today, electronic work instructions soft-ware is instrumenta.docxedwardmarivel
Today, electronic work instructions soft-
ware is instrumental to the shop floor. And
market leaders are investing in the integra-
tion of electronic work instructions (EWIs)
with 3D visualization and simulation soft-
ware, so operators aren’t just following
along with instructions, they’re able to view
animations of each step and sometimes even
improve things right on the spot.
Here’s what you need to know about
the past, present, and future of electronic
work instructions in manufacturing opera-
tions management, as well as discuss eight
ways they’re transforming the shop floor.
From paper-based to next-generation
It’s vital that you have clear and
repeatable instructions for every manu-
facturing process. Traditionally, shop-
floor workers would hang laminated
pieces of paper on the wall with dia-
grams and explanations of each step.
The shortcomings of this are obvious,
particularly when an engineering change
order (ECO) was required and those
changes needed to be sent to engineer-
ing, revamped, sent back to manufactur-
ing, reprinted, relaminated, and so on. If
we’re talking about a global operation,
this becomes even more of a challenge.
The more complex something you’re
building is, generally the more com-
plex those instructions have to be, and
a paper-based approach can be limiting.
But computer technology on the shop
floor wasn’t always as easily accessible
and widespread as it is today.
Since document control software has
become widely adopted, however, EWIs
have made their way into the manufactur-
ing environment. EWIs have improved
the way supervisors and operators build
products, and the way they interact with
engineers and maintenance personnel.
The technology enables a centralized,
standardized, and automated document
management system, and can be found on
most modern manufacturing shop floors.
In addition to improving communica-
tion and collaboration on the shop floor,
streamlining EWIs mitigates many of the
traditional risks associated with changing
a work order. In the past, an engineering
change may have been ordered, but never
completed or at least never communi-
cated to the appropriate personnel once
completed. With automated workflows,
notifications can be triggered to ensure
the process is completed and the appro-
priate personnel are notified. Workflows
can also ensure that the right instructions
are being followed on time and in the
context of the manufacturing process.
As the use of simulation and 3D visual-
ization software becomes more prevalent,
moving from engineering onto the shop
floor, EWIs are becoming an even more
effective tool. By integrating EWIs with
this technology, an operator can watch each
step of a process played out via animations.
In some cases, operators and supervisors
are trained to actually make changes and
improvements to these processes in real
time rather than waiting for an ECO.
With the continuous advancement
of technology, ...

Customization of BMIDE at Customer End as per Business RequirementYogeshIJTSRD
In today‘s competitive environment most of the Information Technology Enabled Services ITES industries having large amount of product data in the scattered form as the industries become bigger and bigger. Manage the CAD Design data in an efficient way with existing infrastructure which can maintain the version of changes in the CAD data, also speedup the cross functional team to align the design updates. Currently Caresoft have 5000 parts in folder by end of this year it will be overall 15000 parts will be added up to 25000 parts approximately so to manage these data at various level of company need rigid solution on it, so PLM implementation arises. This project provides best industry practices at various levels like Creo data management, Document Management, Engineering process management, Provides security, Bill of Material management, Queries, Report generation Data relational management. Project also provides solution in structure manager, access manager, change management, workflow designer organization creation etc Mr. Narangale Digvijay Dhondiram | Mr. Sayyad Shafik R "Customization of BMIDE at Customer End as per Business Requirement" Published in International Journal of Trend in Scientific Research and Development (ijtsrd), ISSN: 2456-6470, Volume-5 | Issue-3 , April 2021, URL: https://www.ijtsrd.com/papers/ijtsrd38679.pdf Paper URL: https://www.ijtsrd.com/engineering/mechanical-engineering/38679/customization-of-bmide-at-customer-end-as-per-business-requirement/mr-narangale-digvijay-dhondiram
