4. It is the best technique because
we can use the time to think
about the question thoroughly
and do some extensive research
to find the accurate answer.
The questioner might not end up
emailing the question, in that way we
can avoid non-serious questioners who
are just trying to intimidate us and don't
really want to know the answer.

7. DO'S
- Display a positive, open body language.
The speaker maintained good eye contact which
is crucial in any Q&A session and used engaging
facial expressions. He also displayed a confident,
and interested face.
- Listen carefully to the whole question.
The speaker didn't interrupt the questioner when
he was asking a question. This was a polite
gesture because there are speakers who cut off
the questioners and disregarded their questions.
8. DON'TS
• Don't disregard or criticize the question
When asked the question, the speaker maintained a smile and answered
politely
• Don't paraphrase or repeat the question
The speaker immediately responded to the question without repeating it
• Don't be rude while answering the question
Being rude while answering the question will only make the audience hesitate
and not want to ask you questions and it'll make them regret questioning
you which is why it's important to do as the speaker did in the video, which is
respond lightely and give them the information they asked for.
