1) The action plan aims to develop the reading comprehension skills of senior high school learners who have been affected by the pandemic through distributing reading materials to students and monitoring their progress. 2) Specific goals include motivating students to read, enhancing vocabulary and reading skills, and boosting student confidence through recognition of top achievers. 3) Strategies include handing out storybooks to students while observing health protocols, conducting pre- and post-tests, sharing teaching strategies in learning action cell sessions, and encouraging teachers to enroll in post-graduate studies.
